Everything is open free for a day — a week for a school — before you pay anything. That is there so you can decide with the real thing in front of you rather than with a description of it. Please use it.
Within 14 days: ask and we will refund you in full, no reason needed.
After 14 days: you can cancel any time and you will not be charged again. We do not usually refund part of a period that has already started, but if something went wrong at our end, tell us — we would rather fix it and refund you than keep money from somebody who could not use the site.
Yearly subscriptions: the same 14 days. After that, if you cancel part way through, write to us and we will look at it fairly.
Write to contact@lingualplanet.com from the address on your account. Refunds are made by Paddle, who took the payment, and appear on the card you used, usually within a week.
If you bought from inside the UK or the EU you also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days. Nothing here reduces that.
Invoiced arrangements are covered by whatever we agreed in writing with you. If that is silent on refunds, this page applies.
